“United States Army Major Nidal Hasan proclaimed himself a “soldier of Allah” on private business cards he obtained over the Internet and kept in a box at his apartment near Fort Hood, Texas.”
“The cards make no mention of his military affiliation, but underneath his name he listed himself as SoA (SWT). SoA is commonly used on jihadist Web sites as the acronym for Soldier of Allah, according to investigators and experts who have studied such sites. SWT is commonly used by Muslims as an acronym for Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala, Glory to God. ”
No, he can’t be a jihadist, right guys? I mean, the “Soldier of Allah” thing technically means he’s a jihadist, but he can’t be one right? He must have just snapped, right? I mean, religion can’t be the reason why he killed, right?
Guys? Maybe I’m the whack job because I point this out right?

I agree, he was a nut job and trying to, if not aligned himself with radical muslims.
The funny thing is, he was telling everybody he was doing it. For years
It was no secret and obvious to everybody
He did a power point report on it over and over again
He told people repeatedly
The CIA followed him for six months. Six months they watched him threaten to become a terrorist!!
THE CIA LET IT HAPPEN….. For people like you surveyor, to let us all know the evils of radical islam.
THIS IS NOT A STORY ABOUT TERRORISM, ITS A STORY ABOUT THE CIA AND PATSIES DOING THINGS FOR MASS EMOTIONALLY MANIPULATIVE PURPOSES.
The is ZERO excuse for this. He and the service men were pawns.
How does that make you feel, surveyor?

I don’t believe the CIA let it happen. I surmise that they, like you Arraya, didn’t want to give credence to the idea that he, as a muslim, could be more susceptible to jihadist philosophy than a christian and they did not analyze or care to understand how the core teachings of Islam can lead one to jihadism.
That’s how I feel.
There is evidence for my hypothesis. There is zero evidence for yours. When this situation happens, the one with zero is the whack job.
