HLS, I appreciate the concern, but my loan guy already did it for me (and without me asking). We were supposed to order docs Monday but he’s going to hold off until tuesday, watch the intraday and maybe float it down even more since we will be within the 14 day window, who knows it may even chunk down from Wednesday’s lows. I can’t wait much longer that, I need to close before the 12th or I’ll lose thousands from my real job, I already made the arrangements on when to be off work to move and I can’t switch it. I have absolute faith in my lender, since he has been my best friend for more than 20 years, and like you, he is more about the right thing than the greedy thing.
