First time poster, long time reader of this Blog. I rent a house in Wine Country off Mesa Road and Glan Oaks. I have a good rental situation (1700 a month for a 3/2 on five acres with a view) but I want to buy someplace soon with 5 acres. My wife is in the horse business and needs the space. I wonder if anyone watches that area from Glen Oaks out to Sage and East Benton to Vail Lake? Any information as to the guess for further declines out there for the next few years?

That is about the time frame I was thinking also. It seems like the track homes in Temecula are falling at a faster rate then out in the bush where I live. But that may be do to the number of homes in the main part of town. Out where I live I can’t find anything that is selling at all.
