Hello again, TG.
They recently let me out of VR and I checked up on MV a few weeks back with my bff. OMG!
According to the 2/12/08 price sheet, lot 6 and 63 were still listed as available, 3997 sq/ft and 4192 respectively at 594,290 and 548,190. The first listing is in line with builder prices IMHO. Lot 6 has been available since 12/1/07 (model, I believe) however the pricing has been constant. Supposedly there was a ‘big reduction’ right before 12/1/07.
There is an HOA. It is managed by Keystone Management. I have the contact and # if you wish to get the specific rules.
Those places are rather nice. They must be a small fortune to cool in the summer, however.
There’s a house going up for auction in my VR hood. Sunday is the first “open house” and I plan go to take a look and count the missing fixtures for entertainment. I’m following it closely as I believe it may set an all new low for the S. 79 area.
