Wow! Look at the last photo in that listing.
The neighbor would be able to ALMOST reach out and shake your hand (or some other appendage) while you’re in your bath tub!
I am – as TG says – a “large lot lover”. Could not deal with that sort of “reach out and touch someone-ness” in my bathroom.

Snail, you are right, it is in the Redhawk HOA and it’s specific subdivision is called Chelsea estates. I think that picture may be a bit of an illusion, in person they don’t seem that close but I haven’t scoped out that exact one so it may be. With that price I figure it’s already got offers on it, it is 50-100k below anything else in the tract, when they cut the comps by 25% in a day, they go quick. The neat thing is that lately, when you see an insanely low price and it sells, a few months later there are more at that price because the banks use it as a comp so it’s a good thing all the way around even if you don’t like that exact one.

If one was ready to buy with a 20% down on a McMillin Blackstone in Morgan Hill last year and passed on one of their $600k “deals,” by this winter you could buy at $300k, use $90k as a 25% down for a good loan on the same size home in an older Morgan tract (Khov, Artessa, Cristal, Shea) and have an extra $30g to customize.
