TemekuT, I’d say that the smaller houses in Morgan Hill will reach $100 a square as well, but that’s coming from someone who isn’t an expert on the market or economics.

I’m basing my opinion on the history of real estate cycles and the phenomenon of this unprecedented real estate bubble and the subsequent run up in prices. My opinion has always been that the market will overcorrect itself. Even if it doesn’t, judging from the knowledge that I do have, the opinion of experts, and the state of the economy, I’d say smaller houses will still reach that price point.

Matt, you know 20 cents on the dollar won’t happen in Temecula, right?
