ParticipantWhoever tagged up the Wolf Valley shopping center should be shot. I grew up in Escondido and am now having flashbacks.
I’m also seeing graffiti on Overland Trail. I had never noticed graffiti in Temecula a year ago. Perhaps I was blind. Perhaps a new element is moving in.

ParticipantTemeculaguy and hipmatt, so nice to see you hugged and made up. We need your unemotional observations regarding Temecula to continue. Plus, what if you end up neighbors? Although I seem to remember hipmatt that you’re a Harveston guy and temecula guy is leaning towards a fairway view in Redhawk. Me, I’m still acting block captain here in Morgan Hill. My street is hanging in there. The empty nesters are hunkered down for the duration (with our substantial equity or paid-for homes, and “status” cars) and the riff-raff no-doc types have been FC’d out. We do have a neighbor that is attempting to short sale instead of simply living for free as long as possible. There’s only one brown lawn on the street and you’re right about the $100 psf price, to a certain degree. We’re approaching that price in the huge 2 stories here, but I think anything that’s smaller or one-story has not, and will not, break that price point. Temeculaguy, when you comp house prices and update the three car garage monitor, throw in some stats in the same neighborhoods for the single-level smaller homes if you can get that data.

ParticipantThere’s a mad tagger or two tagging up the McMillin Morgan Hill signage. It gets cleaned up and then is tagged again within a day.
