You can catch a Bus from T.V. (better probably from the 76) to the Oceanside Metro station and get to most places along the I-5 .

Or if you need to get to O.C. or L.A. you can catch a Bus to the Corona Metro station.

I don’t work anywhere close to a train or I would use this option when I needed to make the trip.
