I have been looking in Crowne Hill recently – almost every house we looked at has sold and now has a “for rent” sign in the front yard.

Also, I’m not sure about that 2800 sq. ft. listing because Crowne Hill is a fairly new community. I don’t think there are any houses in Crowne Hill older than 5 years or so.
