Incidentally, recall in my Part 3 post, I noted that I blew it on buying the perfect home at the perfect price, in part, due to being distracted by a larger, more expensive home. Well that was the one I bought. After loosing that other one, I am happy time brought the seller on this one down on price and I ended up with the one that distracted me to begin with.
JL. Thanks for the offer. I will probably start doing stuff to the new house in July after I move in and may be asking for those construction references.
