Slightly off topic. Since you'll be living in FBR with most likely ample garaged parking…Have you reconsidered bring down that RS4? The good news is unlike bimmers, there aren't too many RS's down here. And plus it is a excellent sleeper, as only discerning eyes really know what they are. I'm sure the socaleuro and SD audi euthusiasts would love to see you.

Congratulations! I am sure you will be very happy in your new home. I agree with you that Santa Luz is very nice, with some beautiful homes, but from a value/pricing perspective I think you made the far better choice.
