Welcome Home Raptorduck!
I have enjoyed reading your posts along the way. They are always enjoyable and informative, in true Piggington style. Having sold my little mountain house in ’06, I am very grateful for the advice found here which prompted me to price right and sell when I did. Love North San Diego County and all its’s peeps too!May 19, 2008 at 7:52 PM #207951bonfireParticipantWelcome Home Raptorduck!

May 19, 2008 at 8:42 PM #207908sdrealtorParticipantContratulations! FBR is one of my faves. One of my son’s friends lives in the largest property in FBR (40+ acres and about 30,000 sq ft of living space if you can believe it). Perhaps we’ll pass at the gate.
