But the scams are many fold. One is where they say they will take over YOUR payments…but guess what lol, they don’t pay jack sheite all the while they rent out your 6k a month McMansion to some idiot for 3k a month. First plus last months rent plus deposit…then they move on to the next house. Good times.

If it’s the scam where you take over someone else’s payments, they just actually do loan papers on you and you buy the place at some wacked out figure.
