Thanks pemeliza! Yeah – I think that the good deals these days are in getting an excellent location without any of the negatives which people were willing to overlook during the bubble (such as bad locations, busy areas, commercial properties near, by a school, by a busy street, etc.) and getting it at a market or reasonably well priced price. Although I think in general we still have a huge way to go down, I wasn’t willing to sit on the sidelines for 8 years and then buy to save 30-40%… Thanks for the comment!
