    This neighborhood is getting crushed. In a few years I bet we will see closings in the $350K range – maybe less.

    What would these currently get with respect to rent. My guess is 1750 to 2000???

    Probably closer to 2500. Crap box 3/1 single family homes in the area go for the 2K range. Someone has advertised a unit for rent in Sunset cove before. Saw it for 2700 some time ago and more recently 2500. The ‘new’ factor along with the modern appliances and AC will go a long way to enticing money out of people. I’m sure as the home values drop the rents will follow.
