these poor folks have been trying to sell this place at 3713B for several years. i believe they remodeled with the idea it would sell the place. oops. i have been inside, it’s an ok remodel, a flipper style remodel. not a fan of the tile in the living area. it’s lower down the hill so the views are not as good as the upper units and its close to balboa ave traffic noise. i would love to see them get as much rent $$ as possible, though…
