To me feel the heat means that they put the home on the market in the spring, and here it is almost July and the home has not sold yet. Generally homes that have listed in the spring but not sold by July are either overpriced, and/or lacking something when compared to other similar homes that have sold. Thus those sellers need to think about very radical price reductions or live with the reality that there is little hope the home will sell with simple token reductions.
That is what I meant by feel the heat.

4,670 sf. on Harvest Run Drive. Great view, on the canyon, pool, spa, beautiful upgrades. At the peak, it probably would’ve gone for about 1.9M. Sold this week for 1.495M. nqhsd!jybic!
