Strong comments and other offensive odors

Thanks for the love Rustico, I gave up wives and title reps for lent. Actually the new found time is due to avoiding television this summer, suprisingly enough it was based on someone’s advice from here, can’t remember who, but thank you. It’s like being unplugged from the matrix plus I am conditioning my body for football season. I try to take care of all of my errands and chores duiring the week so I can carve out six hours for viewing on Sunday and three on Monday, my latest increase in posts is part of a serious training program and I feel I am entering this season in the best shape of my life.

Is there a plan for a meet up? I missed the Today’s Pizza one in Encinitas as I was still living up north and had not yet moved here.

Gee thanks 😉 I like to think that I’m a little more balanced than PS was.

For the record, my biggest issue has not been whether prices will fall 50%, but rather if the economic conditions we are trending towards will foster the possibility of that happening. I think we are heading into that environment faster than even I imagined.

I just want people to start connecting the dots more and stop being so SD / SoCal centric about this whole mess. It is much bigger than that. In the end, the Fed doesn’t care what the value of your SD Condo or SFR is. They just don’t.

No, not complaining. Just commenting on how eclectic and interesting a place is SoCal.

And yes, I tend do tend to wander, both geographically and metaphysically. Maybe one of these days I will make it to a non-metro area.
