Did you decide to stay in CA?
Maybe someone tried to do a short sales. Banks said no. And now they are trying to sell as traditional?
Maybe someone tried to low ball the list price to try to get a lot of interest to do a multiple offer scenario, in homes of bidding the price up?
Redfin gives a more complete listing/sales history.
My guess – someone thought they got a “steal” in a short sale – and is now trying to reap the profit… but it’s not selling for the price they want.
You can see the older listing here (the one that closed in August). Absolutely NO interior pictures

Maybe somebody bought it sight unseen, had it inspected, tried to dump it, then is trying to flip it, total guess on my part, or maybe I’m just watching too much flip or flop TV.
