ParticipantAgreed…the value of landscaping (specifically hardscaping) is really lost in many peoples mind. I bought a new home, and if I had it to do over again I would have DEFINITELY waited for a resale with all the landscaping complete. Unless you have an unlimited budget, I really feel like that’s the way to go.

They are offering up to 40K incentives on upgrades if you pre-order before models open.
