Thanks everyone. Many of the Serenity lots have good views, and this is one of the reasons we like the neighborhood. The schools problem and lack of neighborhood amenities are the main drawbacks.
Does anyone know anything about the Sycamore Park that is supposed to go in at some point? When would it be built?
Also, if anyone has any thoughts on the St. Gregory’s school in there, I would appreciate them.

May 11, 2010 at 9:58 AM #549169AnonymousGuestAfter looking all over San Diego, we decided Stonebridge’s Serenity was the right place for us. We were considering the coast (Carmel Valley, Encinitas etc.) but found the values here were much better! More home and land for similar money!
We are quite happy with the schools. The buildings are older but the overall experience has been very positive!
I heard the last park will be built in 2011. The largter park is already in and a favorite place for picnics and hanging out w/ friends. The scripps Ranch area also has concerts and other family activities each summer that are great. Overall, it is the best family neighborhodd around (IMO)May 11, 2010 at 9:58 AM #549870AnonymousGuestAfter looking all over San Diego, we decided Stonebridge’s Serenity was the right place for us. Does MR rate go down if you buy a distressed property, or is it fixed to the original price from the builder?
