Those homes while nice and large, gotta cost a pretty penny to cool in the summer. Plenty of room for pools though, which cost what, $5K to $7K per year to maintain?
Still if you can afford it, it would be nice to have that kind of space….

at the peak $750k got someone around 1900 sqft with no lot. now we have someone getting 4600 sqft with a huge lot for the same price. I know this is TOTALLY apple vs orange comparisons. But still, pretty amazing…
