I was in a bank in Rancho Palos Verdes when it was robbed. It does not matter if it’s a good area or a bad area as far as bank robberies go. You want to look at residential burglaries, car thefts, etc, those types of crimes are a better indication of the crime rate in a particular area. Those numbers will tell you how “nice” or how ghetto your neighbors are likely to be.

Just drive through the area, you do not need to look at stats.
