ParticipantI was in a bank in Rancho Palos Verdes when it was robbed. It does not matter if it’s a good area or a bad area as far as bank robberies go. You want to look at residential burglaries, car thefts, etc, those types of crimes are a better indication of the crime rate in a particular area. Those numbers will tell you how “nice” or how ghetto your neighbors are likely to be.

ParticipantOf course bank robberies can happen anywhere, just trying to infuse some humor. And to make a point. Why decide to live close to a prison/jail and buy in French Valley? Especially when deals are to be had in nice areas of Murrieta and Temecula?
Just drive through the area, you do not need to look at stats.
Go ahead and post the links Tony, I’ll give you mine and you may get Marlo/TG’s take when he gets back from the islands as well
