I know about him. he takes it all too seriously. If you read my prediction it was for a bounce in demand. I said if you had a nice home and priced it close to market you would have no problem selling it. I said inventory would be severely constrained also. Seems I was spot on again (at least in my own mind;)

FWIW, homes like mine in my community are selling at prices about 5% higher than they would have in Fall.

Rus you have said plenty about me in the past. You have told me you thought I worked for Jim Klinge, (I can send you that email if you like for I have saved it) and you have continued to disparage me and make yet another highly inaccurate characterization about me in this thread.
