    ninapricess is correct. Kids in Sorrento Valley go to Sandburg Elementary (907 API), Challenger Middle (864 API), and MMHS (823 API). Although location of this house is not ideal, like nina said, I haven’t seen anything close <$500k even if it back to SV Blvd. Maybe this will be the first closing <$500k. We'll just have to wait and see. Considering it closed for ~$670k in 2005, I think anything >$500k is too much, considering you can go east a little bit and you’ll find similar house sold for around $670k selling for <$500k.

    You’re right, the dividing line is Camino Santa Fe Rd. West of it is 92121 and east of it is 92126. East of it on Calle Cristobal (part of it) is considered as Sorrento Mesa, while 92121 is Sorrento Valley. But, most people don’t know about Sorrento Mesa, so they get lump into MM as a whole. If you talk about zoning, technically, everything between 805 and 15 is considered as Mira Mesa and belong to Mira Mesa Town Council. 🙂

    You’re right, the dividing line is Camino Santa Fe Rd. West of it is 92121 and east of it is 92126. East of it on Calle Cristobal (part of it) is considered as Sorrento Mesa, while 92121 is Sorrento Valley. But, most people don’t know about Sorrento Mesa, so they get lump into MM as a whole.     Wow, they reduced the price to $475k and then raised it back to $561k. I think I know why,

    Here is a unit that was sold for $580k. It is also back to Sorrento Valley. I don’t know why the close date shown is in January but SDlookup showed that it was closed on March 3rd.
