Price drastically lowered to $475k, there will be a lot of competition even with the road noise. I have been watching this 92121 zip code and I don’t remember any SFH under $500k recently. I think this house will close at or above $500k.

I agree. 1900 sq ft on the corner of a MAJOR road?

Sorry, that seems like a ripoff, unless somebody just HAS to live in CV for some reason.

AN are these homes Mira Mesa high school and elementary schools or not? I am to lazy to look but I figure you may know off the top of your head.
