Hell, they can warn you a million times there’s a slope issue, but take it with a grain of salt. You can ALWAYS sue the city. lol.

There was one house in La Costa Oaks that I wanted and was willing to move for. I knew it was a special property with incredible potential and underpriced relative to the others. When it was released I was #1 on their priority list. That is until someone considered “friends and family” of the builder (Centex) jumped ahead of me a grabbed it. What a load a crap that is.
He put almost nothing into it. Minimal landscaping and I dont think he even painted the interior. The house sold for $950,000 in 2005. The guy who got it just put it on the market for $1.25M and sold it in 2 weeks.
