Nice community. Good location. Easy walk to elementary and LCC. Built by Centex. Nice homes but built b4 builders went bonkers with upgrades so you might want to think of upgrading yourself. Some homes have issues with slippage of slopes, so check out the specific home you like in this regard. Prices in 2009/2010 should be comparable with what I told you for La Costa Valley. Should be able to find something reasonably nice around 700 but below 650 would be a stretch IMO.

Calle Jalisca closed last February at 795k, 40k below the low end of the asking price after sitting on the market for half a year. Cannot argue with sdr’s analysis; sounds spot on to me.
