KeymasterYes, that is money in circulation. There are big and unpredictable lags (on the scale of years) between money supply growth and inflation. In the meantime lots of other things can impact inflation, eg recessions etc.

ParticipantThe biggest source of tension in my life stems from the fact that Mish and Rich don’t see eye-to-eye on this matter. Because I count on them to think for me, I’m completely unsettled by it because I have to think for myself and it just sucks.
