Participantthe first one has powerline issue, thus the lowest price for plan 1. can’t see the second and third listing price, but I guess it is high 80’s and Brookfield is pretty firm on their pricing…

ParticipantEven if there are no powerline issues the MR is just a deal breaker for many potential buyers. I doubt that Brookfield will be able to sell these homes at the current prices.

ParticipantStonebridge is very popular to younger families with higher incomes as the schools are relatively good and home homes are bigger than in 4S Ranch. But the MR is clearly a deterrent for most potential buyers.
