ParticipantSDR, any idea in regard to the condition of 11354 Fortino that sold in June for $805k?
This one is bigger at 3800 sqft, backs to canyon instead of having a steep hill in the back with neighbors on top, and looks like it has a pool as well.

ParticipantSD Realtor: Your insightful comments are appreciated (as always). I went to visit the Serenity neighborhood yesterday and the sales person told me that those new homes are selling fast. There was one home that fell out of escrow after the buyer did not qualify. It already has some upgrades in it and the price is quite attractive. After reading your comments I feel that it’s still too early to jump in even if the prices look “attractive”. I also saw the Fortino Point home for $799. Again, price looks good compared to 3 years ago but the trend appears to go downward.

This maybe the main deterrent for most home buyers to buy in Stonebridge. Also, the access is cumbersome with only one main road going in.
