Was this one of the Viscaya lots that were sold to another builder. Did anyone see this house or view any of the ones the builder sold?

This looks like a good deal.
This is a decent deal. This I do believe is one of the last homes from City Venture on former Viscaya lots.
Just checked ziprealty and looks like Colrich is still trying to get rid of two single-story homes of similar size they built from lots purchased from Cornerstone. Colrich just dropped $50k on the two homes they have left. Might be worth a try taking this CityVenture comp over to Colrich and place an offer they can’t refuse.

This looks like one of the best deals in “Stonebridge” as far as $ per sqft. Are we in for another significant drop in home prices out there?

December 18, 2010 at 9:07 PM #641865recordsclerkParticipantColrich homes are very nice inside and have good upgrades. I’m not sure what upgrades came standard in the City Venture homes. I wonder if it was bare bones. The City Venture homes look nicer from the outside and are 300sqft larger then the Colrich homes. Colrich has the two remaining one story homes and another phase with 4 more homes. The lots are above the current ones and are right next to the old Tiburon models. The saleperson said that the four new homes will be available around June 2011 and they will be higher in price for the premium view lots.
