SDR: Yeah, we’re still getting smacked around up here in the upper ranges. I know one seller who has dropped from a high of $1.5MM to $899K (4,000sf custom built on 2.5ac in a nice neighborhood) over a 20 month period. Nothing. Not a single offer. Anything over $800K is essentially dead. The lower ranges are more active, but nothing near the boom years.
