    Note to self: Obscure certain facts. That must have hurt :).

    Actually I would like it if we could post to a Forum titled
    “This is what I would buy” or “best buys in the market(various scenarios)”.

    Right now there is only one property I would buy and It would be a small developement deal close to home & family, so I could make it worth it. Unfortunately just a little too rich for me. I think it is getting close to the price where someone else might buy it.

    What are the scenarios you really feel are worth getting into as of this point in time? Not necessarily ones that fit your parameters but ones that make sense, including business sense?

    mmmm….business sense… hard to say…I really see nothing at the moment. For sure though I am not as adept with regards to development like yourselves and others. I know what I don’t know…

    So for me it is pretty much residential RE or digital design…. Wifey has built to homes before she picked me up off the scrap heap, one in Ramona and another in Texas.

    I defer bigtime to you, surveyor, radelow and others for that stuff.

    Had to bail out with the family and am back… Just enter the area you want to search but hit statistics instead of search. It is a simple cut and past from there.
