It’s better than min wage because no commute you can laugh w your kids you can do the 15 mins whenever and it has an element of fun. I don’t think this one fits neatly into wage analysis

Tumbling in the dryer also contributes structural wear. Most of my wardrobe is supposed to look faded….

I agree.
Seniors and homemakers need things to do around the house.
If you have kids, it can be fun and teaches them good ethics, laundry and coping skills.
Overall, it’s better to move around the house than sit in front of the TV.
It’s also about doing your part in a small way. I make it a habit to turn off the lights in unoccupied rooms and turn off the TV when not watching. In hotels rooms, I turn off everything before leaving eventhough I’m not directly paying for the electricity. Why be destructive when you’re not even getting any benefit?
