    Whoaaaa. I did not intend to cause such a heated debate! I am grateful to all the piggs. Each poster has added value and provided me (a potential new comer) with honest information I have not been able to find any where else.

    When I first moved out here from the East Coast I recall being surprised at the large number of junky little houses in coastal SD. 20 years later and not alot has changed. Of course there are also some sweet homes but not for $750K.
