    I have seen a few in SB online and visited a couple last year in the Santa(s) neighborhood… lots of Freeway noise and very dated interiors.

    Why don’t people out there seem to update interiors? Is it just the price range I am looking in (750-850) are there HOA restrictions or do they spend all their time outdoors or simply plan to move when the time comes??? Very puzzling to us.

    Most of those homes are owned by older people with many original owners. Going to many of those homes is like going to visit you grandparents in Brooklyn decorwise. The area has been and continues to turn over.

    Thanks DA we too are keeping our eye on this area too as it appears Solana Beach has a nice vibe but still puzzled by the lack of updated interiors?? Large lot sizes are a plus for sure!! (I think it was Sduuuuude who said “I like big lots and I can not lie”… which made me LOL!!

    We are also thinking about Point Loma-Sunset Cliffs to be specific-have you thought about or looked there?
