The API scores for public secondary schools serving Pt Loma are as follows:
Dana Middle (5-6) 869
Correia Middle (7-8) 841
Pt Loma High (9-12) 758
High Tech High (9-12) 795The API scores for for public secondary schools serving Solana Beach are as follows:
Earl Warren (7-8) 929
Torrey Pines High (9-12) 870
Canyon Crest (9-12) 894Nothing to see here though. Differentials of about 100 points are just rounding errrors and have no statistical significance;)

SDLookup didnt have it up yet this morning but it should get updated shortly. Its a 2/2 1500 SF beach cottage on a 5,000 lot (good size for the location) and its literally a stones throw from the ocean. The houses across the street are oceanfront. The location is fabulous a short walk from Fletcher Cove.

The interesting thing is the house was sold in 2004, 2005 and 2006 for roughly the same price and its on the market again. I think this speaks to the reality of doing a major renovation that close to the beach in CA. Coastal Commission? Broken dreams?
