UCGal, I am with you…NEVER would I venture out the day after Thanksgiving to stand in huge lines, be run over by rude people, just to pay 5% less for some trinket…I will gladly pay more NOT to deal with the crowds…or just order it online!

I bought … next to nothing. OK, I did get a keyboard for myself with a Guitar Center 15% BF online coupon, but it was the cheapest one with hammer action.

I’m planning on a cheap Xmas this year too. But I’ve already done my part for the economy by single-handedly keeping Ace, Home Depot, and Lowe’s in business all year long. Besides I’ll be paying off Thanksgiving dinner for months … that’s the down side of having a partner who watches too much Food Network 🙂

Consider yourself very lucky, as you might have ended up with a partner who believes Swanson’s frozen dinners and a microwave are all you need in the kitchen (raises hand). 😉
