Good news for SC that they were able to sell so many units. Any idea on the square footage of those 2 that you mentioned? Average $/sf of the ones that sold? It would be interesting to know how many of the buyers are going to live there vs. rent them out…
OK, I was able to find it. 1811 is 1291sf so that gives ppsf of $373. 1909 is also 1291sf so $389/sf for that one. I’m guessing the difference was the view.
Still too high IMO considering the neighborhood and HOA fees, but at least we are returning to the days when prices were merely high instead of ridiculous. The view from that rooftop deck is pretty nice though…
