From what I understand it went well. 35 of 52 sold! I was watching 1811 and 1909 which had min bid of 429,000. 1811 went for 481,000 and 1909 for 502,000. Seems like the smaller units plans A and B were what did not do as well!

Good news for SC that they were able to sell so many units. Any idea on the square footage of those 2 that you mentioned? Average $/sf of the ones that sold? It would be interesting to know how many of the buyers are going to live there vs. rent them out…
