    HOA is around $560. It covers one parking place.
    I decided not to bid now.

    Actually, the HOA fees include electric, water, sewer, cable and phone as well. I have no opinion on the project, but the HOA fees don’t look high considering what they include. I’m just curious about what sold and for how much.
