Small raise, adjusted for inflation, making less than last year

I got a 2.5% raise this year. Which I think won’t be enough to cover the rising cost of living. My coworkers get even less, one even got nothing. Are you guys pretty much in the same boat? Cost of gas went up 20%, foods went up ~15% as most other stuffs.

We are an aerospace/industrial components design and manufacturer and the raw material cost went up like crazy. Cost of stainless steels and other metals went up 60% and high performance plastics went up 80% since last year. And the problem is we can’t raise the price because it is so competitive out there.
