SkyRanchOwner,
Do you know if there are any new “Eaglepointe” homes with view sites left? Thank you!

June 22, 2011 at 8:30 AM #705317SkyRanchOwnerParticipantThey just sold the last Eaglepointe home! No more left, and no more to be built.
There are Crestview homes left that have views. They are just starting the 3rd to last phase, and these have views, and the remaining ones from the prior phase also have views.
The last phase will be around the Crestview models with great views looking West.
It really depends on what you are looking for, because I’ve found that the Westerly view homes have a little “Detroit River” noise, yet you get a wonderful sunset view. Some lots are positioned on the North side or South side and have less city noise. Either way, you can find a home/lot that suits your preference.
I would think that Crestview will be sold out by spring, summer at the latest, of next year.
Then Lennar will have to figure out what they do with the remaining Stoneridge lots that they stopped building.
I think they should modify the Stoneridge plans to match the current market, and with everything else being sold out, they should still have a steady demand for them and they won’t be competing with themselves.

thank you for the update. I will come to take a look at the development soon. I like the location and the floor plans of the “Eaglepointe” homes better.
