ocrenter, I drove it this morning, and the new 52 West is very open, except when you hit the 125 merge. Here the 125 merges and there is also an onramp from Mission Gorge. The lucky part is that the drivers on the new 52 connection have the main right of way, while the 125 and Mission Gorge folks have to merge into them.
You guys should take a drive around the Sky Ranch community. Many home owners have completed their landscaping, which looks really nice.
