It’s important to know that this home was sold in 11/08 for $792k ! I doubt that it will fetch more than the previous purchase price…

I think the interior needs a repaint. Look at those colors. Definitely not neutral…

The home shows really good. I went to the open house a month ago. Was listed at 1mil-1.1mil. I don’t think this house will sell. If they reduce it to fair market value, they would probably have to sell short. It will probably just get de-listed (just my 2cents). The lot is not very private and views are obstructed from 1st level.
