There are probably people who paid close to that recently before the price drop(s) too. I mean, some of these properties have dropped about $150k only with the past 6 months i think. I think that in itself is pretty alarming, especially since it seems like the builder is doing this, not someone who is trying to sell….That’s not something to sneeze about. I wonder if it’s the end or not. Some of the pads look pretty nice. That one currently at $650k would be pretty attractive at $500k, imho…Wonder what the possibility of that would be.
