Sky Ranch is way over priced even today. They were going for like 1 mil when they started them. Thats crazy. Yes they were nice inside- and had a great view, but not 1 mil nice, and now not 600k nice either. Keep in mind that nothing is with in walking distance- unless you consider rugged mountain climbs a nice walk. This means you drive everywhere- to schools, to the store and I hope your kids have friends there or you’ll be driving all over for that too. The access just isn’t worth it.
I live in santee and see the pricing continue to decline, its not a bad place to live but consider other areas in santee you’ll be happier.March 1, 2010 at 4:28 PM #519615AnonymousGuestSky Ranch is way over priced even today. Also, where can you find new homes in SD county in the $600k range?
