    Plenty of junk in mine which hasnt had a vehicle in it for years.

    I know you were being tongue and cheek – but most older neighborhoods don’t have HOAs (or mello roos). Older neighborhood doesn’t always mean crappy neighborhood…. look at Mission Hills.

    …..But but but….How could folks possibly fit their Hummer H2, Chevy Suburban, Caddillac Escalade EXT, Ford Excursion, in those tiny garages.

    Gosh darnit, they just don’t make garages like they use too…Oh wait…

    SDR has an excuse though…My friend realtor/broker uses the garage for all the docs they store from business. I guess they did pretty well 🙂
