I know you were being tongue and cheek – but most older neighborhoods don’t have HOAs (or mello roos). Gosh darnit, they just don’t make garages like they use too…Oh wait…
SDR has an excuse though…My friend realtor/broker uses the garage for all the docs they store from business. I guess they did pretty well π
