Be it downtown, NCC, east county and Santee, RB, Chula Vista, Clairemont… Even UC… We all have a preference and often question why anyone would *want* to live someplace else.

I personally prefer the older parts of the region where the population is more diverse thanks to years of organic growth.

I’ve lived in a “nice” part of North County already and it’s not something that I want to repeat.

But, yeah, to each his own. If everyone wanted the same thing, prices would be astronomical. Prices are high enough already. 😉
